!!Disclaimer!!
The articles telling about hiking were born out of our passion nature and travel, and aim to be a source of inspiration for people. The site provides information regarding routes, trails and support points, and at the same time contains useful information for organizing do-it-yourself trips.
Each article dealing with hiking activities contains our own personal experiences, but while detailed, it is always a good idea to consult the Park Authorities or tourist offices, and in no case should the article read be construed as a replacement for the professionalism of a tourist/hiking/environmental guide.
The trails described on "The Wandering Pandas" site are of varying difficulty which is derived from our personal opinion, and are not always suitable for everyone, as more specifically stated in the articles on this site. Markers along the trails are not always available, and for this reason we recommend that you always have the official mapping of the place, so as not to deviate from the route. Trail conditions can change over time, even significantly, due to vegetation, weather conditions, hydrogeological disruption, road works, etc. In addition, it is possible that, without our knowledge, the routes affect private property, or potentially dangerous sections with risks of accidental falls (e.g., channels without protection and exposed sections).
For all these reasons, every hike should be approached with due precautions and care, adopting all the most well-known and common cautionary behaviors for hiking in the mountains, including:
- Dress in appropriate clothing.
- Provide an adequate water and food supply.
-Evaluate hiking times well according to one's ability and training status.
-Assess well the weather conditions that have occurred or are to occur in the said area.
